AIRLINE LOUNGE RATER

Many lounges are not operated by the airlines, but by contractors.  Etihad's lounges were sold to third-party operators.  The Qantas First-Class Lounges in Sydney and Melbourne are operated by Sofitel.   A new "My Lounge" is expected in Brisbane.
