A younger unpasteurised cow's milk cheese from the Jura Mountains, made from the milk of the Montbéliard cattle, with a soft-ish but yet quite firm texture with a nutty undertone.  It has a herbal taste with touches of white peaches and a touch of the restrained gentle honeyed sweetness.  A gentle sweet cheese made from the milk of the Montbéliard cattle 3.75/5
