Over the last few decades we have stayed in this hotel many times; I remember when it was a Park Lane Hotel, when the Intercontinental Hotels group ran it at the end of the last century, and when the Hyatt group took over the Churchill Hotel around 2004.
This has always been a reliable hotel in a splendid location with excellent service and amenities. Some of the rooms are quite small. The Door Staff is superb, and the Concierge is first class. The lack of a good pool is main drawback, but the two Regency Club Lounges in the 8th floor are run very well, and offer shower facilites should one check-in before one's room is ready.
