Fifth Floor Restaurant Harvey Nichols

In the 1990s one of Rikk's regular haunts.  An elegant restaurant with excellent service.  The food was always very good, although never hyper-creative or ultra luxurious.  The wine list was fairly limited though.  Last visited 2010.  3.75/5
