Founded in 1981 by John Graham, who named it after Caroline Churchill, his wife.

2013 LBV: a nice bouquet, with the flavour expressing hints of caramel, mint and whiffs of raisin. The overall impression is that is is a bit thin though, with a finish of about 15 seconds. 3/5
