ROSA ABSOLUTE by MOLTON BROWN

The berries - blackberry and raspberry mainly - make a pleasant and fruity opening that is actually not really that sweet.

drydown sees a metamorphosis is to a floral mix, with rose, geranium and whiffs of oleander.  The rose is bright, light and a smiling affair.

The base changes gear again, with tonka and a touch of labdanum the main components.

I get moderate sillage, adequate projection and five hours of longevity on my skin.

A pleasant soothing scent for sunny days; blended well and not too synthetic.  3/5.
