Fontina Cheese (Mauri): An Italian cheese originally from the Aosta Valley,; this version is from Lombardy made by the Mauri family.  It is made from pasteurised cow's milk:   lovely slightly creamy texture, with a taste of milky rennet.  A mild cheese.  3/5
