PLATINE BY DANA

This is mainly a floral composition, with hyacinth, narcissus and a mixed white floral bouquet in the foreground. A counterbalancing slightly honeyed woodsy impression is in the background, but gradually grows stronger instead of developing in separate distinct phases in my skin.

With the sweetness being quite restrained, this is a pleasant spring scent, but there is a certain dullness of the various notes that I am noticing on me; possible the sample I have could have faded a bit, but my reviews are designed to be hic et nunc and not attempting retrospectively to try to speculatively reconstruct what a vintage scent might have been in the past.

The sillage is soft, the projection just adequate, and I get four hours of longevity on my skin. 2.75/5
