LILAC

by CASWELL-MASSEY

A opening is presented that starts with the lilac up front. the blossoms first, at times with a slightly indolic touch, with a aroma of the leaves developing a but later on.

After a while I very a soft and bright suede impression that is a good rendering of this type of leather. A light ambery undertone adds some further depth. At times a bit of a moist earthiness is present in the background.

I get moderate sillage, very good projection, and five hours of longevity on my skin.

This spring scent, launched in 2017, gives good renderings of the lilac, the suede and the amber, with a reasonable perfomance. Not exciting, but not too generic. 3/5
