2002 Dom Pérignon Rosé

2002 Dom Pérignon TG Rosé: the colour was a pale
Salmon pink; the nose was weak and expressed fresh strawberries - overall the bouquet was disappointing. On the palate there we tastes of lemon s strawberries again, fresh cherries, green apples, touch of a mineral-like dustiness in the background; with a finish of 50 seconds.  A nice, pleasant Rosé.  Drink now.  Tasted August 2021.  3.75/5

2005 Dom Pérignon

2005 Dom Pérignon:

A pale yellow colour, with a bouquet of citrus and apricots.  On the palate a lot of lemon, apples, almonds, ad brioche, with very good texture and a nice depth.  It seems to have a higher proportion of Chardonnay included and less Pinot Noir.  Drink- 2028.

4.25/5
