AIR FRANCE FIRST CLASS                   "La Premiere" A380, Boeing 777-300

Airbus A 380: La Premiere feeder flight from Munich (MUC) to Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris (CDG): at MUC check-in escorted through security - right in front of the queue - to the AF/ KLM SkyTeam Lounge in MUC (see link below), On arrival in CDG escort to the La Premiere lounge (see link below) an later driven by car to departure gate in CDG - very smooth, but no Porsche as with Lufthansa.

AF66 CDG LAX September 2018: La Premiere excellent design with very comfortable and spacious 100% flatbed seats; each seat separated by the corridor by a full-length curtain providing very good privacy.   Shared wardrobe lockers, nice changing room, very good amenities, excellent glassware, the Caviar was French, farmed in Aquitaine and very good (3.5/5), superb Gazpacho, nice cloches leading to hot dished when served, very good espresso,  the wine list was excellent - one of the best on a plane in years.

On arrival in Los Angeles: phantastic 1-1 escort through US immigration and customs without priority queue but several shortcut and staff lanes. I could not have been smoother.

OVERALL FIRST CLASS EXPERIENCE: 4.75/5.

AF 0069 LAX CDG Boeing 777-300: four seats, First Class was full, but still had the atmosphere of a private living room.  Prvacy due to curtains,  wonderful service in every aspect, splendid food (alas no caviar) and wine.  Excellent Escort agents in LAX as well as in CDG, with neither passport nor security queue for my connection.  Transfer to the domestic lounge by car.
