A reasonably spacious cabin, with pleasant lighting. All seats had aisle access easily.
The cabin was equipped with standard-sized Business Class seats, which were reasonably comfortable but might cause issues for very tall people.
The entertainment system was good, with a good choice of films, especially from Asia. The Audiobook selection was quite limited.
The foot space was too small to be comfortable.
The food was a good quality with an adequate selection. There was a Thai menu and a Western menu.
The wine list, the 'Cellar in the Sky', is good for a Business Class flight.
The glass ware is very good and much better that in many other airlines in Business Class.
The selection of spirits and beers was excellent, and the Cognac a real treat for a Business Class flight.
The bathroom facilities were average industry standard, but the Orchid - customary for Thai Airways - added a nice touch.
Overall a very good Business Class experience with a few drawbacks though. 3.75/5
