BILLECART SALMON CHAMPAGNE

NV Billecart Salmon Brut Reserve

 Saot to be approximately 40% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay but changing.  The colour is light yellow with a green tinge, and good pearls of bubbles.  On the palate it is dry, with hints of parsimmon, hazelnuts, and toasted brioche with hint of honey.  March 2019  3/5
