We have visited the restaurant a number of times; the first time in 1987 and the last time in 2014.   The impression initial visits was sheer excellence.  Brilliant Cantonese cuisine, interpreting classic dishes with a contemporary twist, in beautiful environment and with sterling service.  5/5; later visits after it was sold to some of its employees: 4.75/5
