Martin Miller Gin Westbourne ABV Strength 45.2%:
This Gin is made the old traditional way in a copper pot still instead of column or Coffey stills. It is distilled in two batches, the non-citrus
botanicals are distilled before the citrus ones, Icelandic water and cumber essence are used.
On the nose the juniper is dominant with a touch of cucumber. In the mouth we got
marjoram, citrus, lots of juniper, the cucumber and hints of coriander - the latter adding a distinctive tone to it. The whole experience is short but
quite alcoholic in its aroma.
