Garbel Prosecco Treviso Brut

NV Adriano Adami Garbél Prosecco Brut Treviso:

Made from the Glera grape.  It has patchy bubbles, displays nobouquet of note, but comes with a fresh taste with a touch of herbs.  It is quite acidic and thin with a very short finish.  November 2018


Bosco di Gica Brut, Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG

NV: brief but pleasant bouquet, with quite good beads, this is a crisp and fresh spumante with a  taste of fresh fruits, mainly peach and apple, and it is not very dry.  In spite of quite some touches of sweetness, this is not really a sweet wine overall, but more on the dry side.   2.75/5.
