Col Vetoraz Valdobbiadene Extra Dry

2018 Col Vetoraz Valdobbiadene Extra Dry from the  Veneto area, made of the Glera=Prosecco grape: 

The straw yellow colour was accompanied by a nose that was dominated by minerals.   In the mouth it had lots of lemons and  citrus in general, geraniums and fresh pears; it is refreshing and bright, and we could not detect any yeast component.  The finish lasts 30 seconds.  A nice Prosecco with some character.
